Eligible balance
Only Available Points may be requested. Locked points are reserved for an active request, and account debt must be cleared before payment.
Point value
The member wallet is denominated in points. 10,000 points equal US $1.00. Withdrawal screens show the point amount, fees, and converted cash equivalent before submission.
Methods, limits, and fees
Each method can have its own minimum, maximum, fixed fee, percentage fee, payout currency, network, account format, country restriction, and processing instructions. The submitted confirmation controls the request.
Accurate destination
You are responsible for entering the correct payment email, username, account, or wallet address and the correct network. Blockchain and many third-party payments cannot be recovered after delivery to a valid but incorrect destination.
Review and verification
Requests may be held for identity checks, payment-account ownership, risk score, shared device/payment details, recent chargebacks, first-withdrawal review, or provider investigation.
Status meanings
- Pending: received and funds locked.
- Under review/on hold: additional checks are required.
- Approved/processing: accepted for manual or provider payment.
- Paid: a payment reference has been recorded.
- Rejected/cancelled: payment will not proceed; eligible locked funds are returned after debt settlement.
- Returned/reversed: a payment provider returned or reversed the transfer and the account is reconciled.
Processing time
Times are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, provider review, compliance checks, liquidity, network congestion, incorrect details, and technical issues can cause delays.
Refunds
The platform does not sell member rewards and therefore does not provide a consumer “refund” of completed offer activity. A rejected or cancelled withdrawal restores eligible locked balance. Purchases made with an advertiser are governed by the advertiser’s refund policy and can cause the related reward to be reversed.
Fees and exchange rates
Displayed platform fees are deducted as shown. Payment providers or blockchain networks may impose separate charges or exchange-rate differences outside our control.
Disputes
Open a support ticket with the withdrawal reference and evidence. Do not submit duplicate requests while a payment is processing.
