We use information to create and secure accounts, connect provider callbacks to the correct member, maintain wallet records, process withdrawals, prevent abuse, investigate disputes, communicate account events, improve the website, comply with legal obligations, and protect users, advertisers, providers, and the platform.
4. Google Analytics
When enabled, Google Analytics may collect information about visits and interactions. The platform can use Google Consent Mode to communicate storage choices to Google tags. Google may process information under its own terms and privacy policies. Analytics is disabled unless configured by the administrator and may be limited by your consent choice.
5. Advertising and third-party cookies
Third-party vendors, including Google when Google advertising is enabled, may place or read cookies on your browser or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers as a result of ad serving. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies to serve or measure ads based on visits to this and other websites. You can manage personalized advertising through Google’s Ads Settings and may also use industry opt-out tools where available.
6. Offerwall and payment providers
ProEarnWall, advertisers, payment processors, fraud-intelligence services, email providers, hosting providers, and other vendors may process information needed to provide their services. Their processing is governed by their own policies and contracts. Do not submit information to an offer unless you have reviewed the advertiser’s requirements and privacy notice.
7. Legal bases and legitimate purposes
Depending on applicable law, processing may be based on contract performance, consent, legitimate interests in security and fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, or the establishment and defence of legal claims.
8. Disclosure
We may disclose information to service providers, payment partners, offerwall providers, advertisers investigating a conversion, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and a successor in a lawful business transfer. We do not sell account passwords or identity documents.
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for account operation, financial reconciliation, chargeback defence, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and backup integrity. Financial and security records may be retained after account closure where required or reasonably necessary.
10. Security
Controls include password hashing, encrypted stored secrets, access permissions, protected private files, session safeguards, audit logs, and database transactions. No system is perfectly secure, and users must protect their password, email account, devices, and two-factor credentials.
11. International processing
Providers and hosting infrastructure may process information in countries different from your own. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards should be used.
12. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal data. You can update profile information, manage cookie choices, and submit a privacy request to admin@jobsworktech.com. We may verify your identity and retain information that cannot lawfully or safely be deleted.
