1. Agreement
By accessing or using BlueRewards, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not register or use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use offerwall and payment services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for taxes, reporting duties, and local restrictions.
3. One genuine account
You may maintain only one account unless written permission is provided. Information must be accurate and must not impersonate another person. Accounts, balances, verification status, and payment access may not be sold or transferred.
4. Account security
You are responsible for passwords, two-factor credentials, email access, and device security. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Offers and third parties
Offers are hosted and controlled by ProEarnWall and advertisers. Availability, requirements, tracking, reward values, and approval are not guaranteed. You must follow all advertiser instructions and third-party terms.
6. Prohibited methods
VPNs, proxies, Tor, emulators, bots, scripts, click manipulation, false registrations, duplicate participation, misleading information, refunded purchases intended to obtain rewards, referral farming, or other artificial activity are prohibited.
7. Reward validation
A reward exists only after a valid provider callback is received and accepted. Valid live rewards credit Available Points immediately, while test callbacks do not affect balances. Rewards can later be rejected or reversed, and duplicate callbacks do not create duplicate credits.
8. Chargebacks and debt
If a reward is reversed, related available, locked, bonus, or referral amounts may be adjusted. If the account lacks sufficient funds, a debt balance may be recorded and future credits may first repay that debt.
9. Withdrawals
Only available balance can be withdrawn. Methods, minimums, maximums, fees, processing times, verification, and country restrictions can change. A request can be held, rejected, cancelled, returned, or reversed for security, provider, legal, or operational reasons.
10. Referrals, bonuses, and VIP benefits
Referral commissions apply only to eligible approved activity under the published rate. Related commissions can be reversed. Bonus codes and VIP benefits are promotional, subject to limits, and may be changed or ended.
11. Verification and review
We may request identity, address, payment-account, device, or activity evidence. Failure to provide reasonable verification can restrict withdrawals or lead to account closure.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably suspect fraud, policy violations, legal risk, security compromise, abuse, or provider requirements. Records may be retained for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
13. Service availability
The service may be modified, interrupted, placed in maintenance, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific offers, fixed earnings, or any particular payment method.
14. Disclaimer and liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We are not responsible for advertiser products, third-party websites, provider decisions, user tax obligations, or losses caused by prohibited activity, compromised credentials, or events outside reasonable control.
15. Changes
Terms may be updated. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
