Respect for rights
BlueRewards respects copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights. Users may not upload or publish content they do not have the right to use.
Submitting a notice
Send a written notice to admin@jobsworktech.com containing: identification of the protected work; the exact URL or location of the material; your contact information; a good-faith statement; a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Review and removal
We may remove or restrict material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed notice and may contact the person who supplied it. Incomplete or abusive notices may not be processed.
Counter-notice
A person who believes material was removed by mistake may submit a counter-notice with identification of the removed material, contact information, a good-faith statement, consent to the appropriate legal process where required, and a signature.
Repeat infringement
Accounts repeatedly or seriously infringing intellectual-property rights may be restricted or closed.
Trademarks and impersonation
Use the same contact address for trademark, brand impersonation, or counterfeit concerns and provide evidence of the right and the confusing use.
