Purpose
This policy protects members, advertisers, providers, payment partners, and BlueRewards from invalid conversions, stolen identities, payment abuse, automated traffic, and account manipulation.
Prohibited activity
- More than one account per person or unauthorized account sharing.
- VPNs, proxies, Tor, emulators, device spoofing, automation, bots, scripts, or click farms.
- False personal, payment, verification, or advertiser information.
- Completing the same offer repeatedly where prohibited.
- Referral farming, self-referral, collusion, or creating accounts for commission.
- Ad clicking, impression inflation, or traffic manipulation.
- Chargeback abuse, refunded purchases intended to retain rewards, or stolen payment methods.
- Threats, harassment, spam, malware, exploitation, or attempts to bypass security controls.
Risk signals
Review may consider IP reputation, country changes, device sharing, payment-account reuse, completion speed, transaction patterns, chargebacks, identity mismatches, login anomalies, and external provider information. A signal is not always proof; legitimate shared networks may be reviewed manually.
Possible actions
We may request evidence, increase a risk score, hold or reject a withdrawal, reverse invalid rewards, restrict an account, disable offerwall access, suspend or close an account, preserve records, and report serious abuse to providers or authorities where appropriate.
Investigations
Users must cooperate honestly and provide unaltered evidence. Investigation details and detection methods may be withheld where disclosure would enable circumvention.
Appeals
Submit one support ticket explaining the disputed action and include relevant evidence. Abusive, repetitive, or fraudulent appeals may be closed.
Invalid advertising traffic
Users must never click advertisements to support the platform or obtain rewards. Automated or incentivized ad interaction is prohibited and may be reported to the advertising provider.
