Important information about your account, offerwalls, earnings and your rights.
Effective date: October 20, 2026. These rules apply to rewards earned through external offerwalls, surveys, apps, games, sign-up campaigns and other conversion-based offers.
Read each provider's instructions, age limits, location restrictions, device requirements, allowed completion method and expected validation delay. Availability may differ by location or device. Use authentic details and only your own account. Do not purchase or subscribe unless you understand the advertiser's own terms and costs.
A reward is credited only after a validated provider callback and successful account credit. The platform displays approved points according to the configured provider share and current conversion settings. An offerwall or advertiser may decline, correct or reverse a conversion, including after an earlier credit. Any corresponding points may be deducted, and negative balances may affect future earnings.
No multiple accounts, fake identities, emulators, automation, VPN/proxy location spoofing, repeated installations contrary to provider rules, fabricated purchases, deceptive responses, use of another person's information or attempts to manipulate postback endpoints. These actions may lead to withholding rewards and account restrictions.
Surveys may screen out users based on eligibility; disqualification does not guarantee compensation. Responses and data may be collected by the external survey provider under its own notices. Read the provider's privacy policy before sharing personal or sensitive data. Our Privacy Policy describes our use of reward and tracking records.
Allow the provider's indicated validation period. If a reward is missing, open a support ticket through the provider where possible, or contact our support with your numerical user ID, provider name, approximate date, offer title and a non-sensitive reference. Never send passwords, OTPs, secret keys or full survey answers. Providers control their own final attribution decisions.
